Itinerary

Day 1 (L,D): Hanoi - Ha Giang

Tour guide & Driver pick you up at the hotel. Transfer to Ha Giang through Tuyen Quang province. Enjoy natural landscape and green fields, palm hill and villages. You can stop to visit some of villages of minorities on the way. Arrive Ha Giang town in the late afternoon. Overnight in Ha Giang.

Day 2 (B,L,D): Ha Giang - Meo Vac - Dong Van

After breakfast, We'll drive up to the highland of Ha Giang province. You will stop in Quan Ba District to visit the Bo Y minority village, this area is wonderful weather around year, then process passing Sky gate where you can visit sky, Fairy Mountain, hand weaving village. Break in Yen Minh town. Continues to Meo Vac town, visit Dao minority house and we have chance to view Nho Que river with Ma Pileng pass. Arrive Dong Van District. Overnight in Dong Van.

Day 3 (B,L,D): Dong Van – Lung Cu - Sa Phin - Ha Giang

Today, you'll visit the ancient houses in town, departure for Lo Lo minority village, trekking to Flag tower on the top of Lung Cu mountain about 1km, view the valley from the top. After that we go to Sa Phin village to visit former H'mong King palace, on the way we can stop to visit Lung Tao a small village. Drive back to Ha Giang. Overnight in hotel in Ha Giang.

Day 4 (B,L,D): Ha Giang – Bac Ha

A drive on this day via Viet Quang and Pho Rang on the tortuous roads but with picturesque landscape of the Vietnam countryside and mountains. Arrive in Bac Ha (Lao Cai) in the afternoon, dinner and sleep in town.

Day 5 (B,L,): Bac Ha Market - Sapa

In the morning you'll see one of the most colorful market of the hill tribes people in Bac Ha. Lunch in town and trekking to Ban Pho village. At 3:00pm leave Bac Ha for Sapa. Arrive Sapa at around 5pm. Check in hotel and free time to see Sapa town.

Day 6 (B,L,D): Sapa – Trekking to Lao Chai and Ta Van village, Homestay

After breakfast, you'll walk down through the villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van. The trekking route offers some challenge as you balance on the rice terraces and a small trail on the steep mountainside. The vegetation is dense as the trail leads up to a peaceful village perched on the Hoang Lien mountainside, relax by a local stream for a picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at a homestay in Ta Van villages.

Day 7 (B,): Sapa – Trekking to Giang Ta Chai village - Night train back to Hanoi

After breakfast, you will have another trek to Giang Ta Chai a village of the red Dzao people then back to Sapa by car. Relax, see Sapa town and Sapa market.

In the afternoon, drive to Lao Cai, you can have your dinner in the restaurant before catching a night train from Lao Cai to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at 5:00am next morning. End your trip.
